- Quality Assurance: Merchants must ensure all products, especially fresh produce and prepared foods, meet high quality and safety standards.
- Fulfillment: Merchants must prepare orders promptly once assigned to a rider to ensure the fastest delivery times.
- Pricing: Pricing listed on the platform must be accurate and align with in-store pricing where applicable.
- Payments: Settlements are processed according to the standard payout schedule minus the agreed commission rate.
